What the pilot costs

Nothing. We don't take a card or any payment details during the pilot, so nothing can be charged automatically.

When the price is set, we'll publish it on this page and tell every pilot agency's admin directly before the pilot ends. Whether you carry on after that is your call.

What's included

There are no tiers: every seat gets the whole product, and admins also get the Team page and the agency's settings. A seat is one person with their own access code, added by an admin on the Team page.

• Overnight scans of your territory and niche, so fresh leads are waiting in the morning (an admin switches this on).
• Hiring signals with a clickable source, a date and a confidence grade — and every linked signal checked against the page it cites before it's filed.
• Call Priority: one 1–100 score per lead, with every point itemized.
• Company research: the people who own the hire, with email addresses marked verified, pattern-guessed, catch-all or bad.
• Outreach drafts that cite the signal, sent from each rep's own Gmail or Outlook with your agency's footer, after the team's opt-out list is checked.
• Call cards, in-call coaching from your own playbook, and one-tap call logging.
• Your Day, follow-ups, snoozes and a nurture list for parked leads.
• Placements, invoices with sales tax suggested by the client's province or state (GST/HST, QST, US states), the Money tab and an accounting CSV for QuickBooks or Xero.
• The Team page: seats, roles, the master list, each rep's funnel and activity reports.
• The coach, answering from the playbook your agency uploads.
• Manatal: send leads and log calls into it, and check your Manatal clients for fresh signals.
• CSV export of your lists, whenever you like.

How usage is capped

AI and email are the parts that cost real money or put your reputation on the line, so each has a daily ceiling. Counts reset at midnight UTC — late afternoon or early evening in Alberta.

AI requests

300 per person per day — scans, research, drafts, the coach and the Manatal check all count.

Emails sent

20 per connected inbox per day — a limit that protects each rep's sending reputation with Gmail and Outlook.

Email-address checks

40 checks per person per day, each covering up to 10 addresses.

The chat on this website

30 questions a day from one connection.

If you reach a ceiling, the app says so in plain words and the count starts again the next day. Nothing is billed.

After the pilot

Before the pilot ends, we'll publish per-seat pricing in Canadian dollars here. We haven't settled the number, and we won't put a guess on this page. Pilot agencies will hear it first, directly, with time to decide.

Your data stays yours either way: export your lists as CSV at any time, and ask us to delete your workspace whenever you like. Our terms and privacy page say how.

Getting in

ReadyReq is invite-only during the pilot. If you have a code, open the app. If you don't, tell us about your desk and we'll be straight with you about timing.
